We have directed a roamer (a turtle robot) to move around a map of an island. Everyone enjoyed programming the roamer with sets of instructions and watching the roamer move and change directions. We used a CD-ROM Encyclopedia to locate information about habitats and Google Earth to look at places near and far.

We enjoyed walking around the local area on a nature hunt investigating the habitats of plants and animals. Hi. Last year was the best year of my school time.I was in Yr 6 and it was brilliant!!!!!!!
I went to Turkey with the teachers and I didnt even have to pay. They made my time worthwhile and I personally think that Brighton Avenue is the best school in Gateshead.
