A team of 18 children took part in the cluster Sportshall Athletics Competition at Kingsmeadow School on Thursday 17th March. The children had to compete in sprints, long distance running, relays and obstacle relays, chest push, speed bounce, long jump and javelin. Everyone worked hard and tried their hardest to achieve the best jumps and throws they could and t run as fsat as they could. Some of the children will now go forward to represent the cluster in the finals at Gateshead Leisure Centre at the end of March.
